Pomp and circumstance

So Anastasia is officially ready for Kindergarten. On Thursday night we went to her school and met her teacher. Then on Friday we had graduation at her preschool. The graduation was so much fun. The kids recited the pledge, sang songs, and showed off their counting prowess. After they got their diplomas, the kids had a pizza party complete with a congratulatory cake. It was a bit chaotic at school because their air conditioner had been hit by lightning and their garbage disposal backed up and spewed stuff all over the kitchen. They need to bleach everything to get rid of the smell, so all the kids had to be evacuated. All in all it was a fun event though!!! Hard to believe her preschool days are coming to a close.
