Anastasia is going to celebrate her birthday with her classmates tomorrow. She has some pals who have a peanut allergy so we had to find the perfect treat that everyone could enjoy. She wanted those frosted sugar cookies, but those weren't allergy friendly. We ended up making cupcakes ourselves. We had so much fun baking them this afternoon. We did sample them tonight (all in the name of quality control) and they were quite good. I hope the kids enjoy them tomorrow. She's so excited about taking them in. It's the kick-off to birthday weekend '09!
