Somedays, Allie goes down for a nap without much fanfare. Cover her toes with her favorite blanket, sing 14 rounds of Jingle Bells and she's off in dreamland. Then there are the days that it is an all out battle. We had one of those this week. She refused to sleep...until of course we were in the pickup line at the elementary school. She was then so exhausted she didn't even rouse when I moved her from the car into the house.
